I used to think I needed permission to be me!
If others were uncomfortable with how I was living or leading, surely it must be me that was wrong. I was a master at....
Until I dismantled the illusion that the freedom I was looking for wasn't going to come through external validation or people pleasing.
Permission Granted! I went straight to the source of my being. As my Creator, God was the rightful authority to speak into these matters. Over time, I have learned the art of embracing embodied living and leading from a place of authenticity and vulnerability. And yes, that does mean I am not everyone's "cup of tea," and I am okay with that. Life is too short to try to be someone you are not.

The meaning we give to these "challenges" is often the difference between growth and stagnation. Many have said that my approach to coaching is like a safe container of accountability. I do not shy away from "going deep" to uncover what needs to be heard or healed. There is sacred space to embrace and listen to where we are so we may become who we are meant to be.
